SHAW Mari Dr. Of Lacock, passed away peacefully on 19th November 2015, aged 48 years. Dearly loved wife of Peter. The funeral service takes place Friday 4th December, 3.15pm at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington. All friends welcome, no mourning clothes please. Family flowers only, donations if desired are for Macmillan Nurses or Dorothy House Hospice Care c/o D J Bewley Funeral Directors, 15 Bank Street, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 6LE.

A lovely Dr, always had time for her patients especially my dad who has numerous problems, always able to listen. A life cut short by a horrible disease that is Cancer. Rest in Peace Dr Shaw and my prayers for your family.
