The first Carewatch North West Wiltshire award for Carer of the Year has been handed out. The process began with Carewatch asking its clients to nominate one of their carers for the award. Once all the nominations were in, further shortlisting criteria were applied and Rose Scarff, of Meriton Avenue, Corsham, was chosen as the overall winner. She has worked for Carewatch for more than 10 years, and is often seen walking or cycling to her clients in Corsham.
The firm say her award, with a certificate and £100 in gift vouchers, goes some way to recognising the commitment she has shown to her clients over that time.
