James Leach, 27, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis with the intent to supply when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Leach, of King Street, Melksham, was caught with £10,000 worth of cannabis when he was arrested on June 23.
The trial has been adjourned until Friday, November 15 while the court awaits a pre-sentence report to be produced.
