A 62-year-old man accused of dangerous driving has been released on bail.
John Joseph is said to have been behind the wheel of a Chrysler Voyager when it was driven dangerously on Weymouth Street, Warminster, on Sunday, June 30.
No charges were formally put to the Joseph, of Uplands Rise, Westbury, and he did not enter any pleas during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
The case was adjourned to Friday, January 24 and Joseph released on bail until then.
