A woman accused of claiming benefits she wasn't entitled to has been released on bail.

Leanne Shore is said to have failed to notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances between 2007 and April 2013.

The 27-year-old is also accused of taking benefits from Wiltshire council between 2009 and last April.

No charges were formally put to Shore, of Bancroft, Bradford on Avon, and she did not enter any pleas during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.

The case was adjourned to Friday, April 4 and Shore was released on unconditional bail until then.
