Popular Devizes woman Jo Niemeyer has died suddenly, aged 51.
Mrs Niemeyer, whose maiden name was Jo Lee, died at home on March 26.
She had been a dressmaker for about 30 years and had an office at Wharfside, Devizes, for some years and latterly worked from home.
Her husband, Martin Niemeyer, said: “Jo was lively, vibrant, fun loving; a caring kind of soul. She had a lot of friends.”
The couple, who first met when both were pupils at Lavington School, had been together for three years and married at St John’s Church, Devizes, on July 13 last year.
The music included unconventional tracks including The Right to Party by The Beastie Boys and by heavy metal rock band Rammstein Mrs Niemeyer had two sons, Max, and Ryan, both in their 20, from previous relationships. Her hobbies included working on her allotment at Quakers Walk, wearing her pink wellies, and she was an avid reader.
Her funeral was due to be held today (Friday) at the West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, at 9.30am.
