I felt I had to write and complain about the newly refurbishment of The Shires toilets in Trowbridge. Myself and I am sure plenty of other ladies are having to put handbags and shopping on the wet dirty floors as no door hooks have been replaced.

This is a very important request, please can they be replaced as it’s not very hygienic to place things on a toilet floor. Thank you.
