Trowbridge man who traded in former legal high may be jailed
A man who was involved in the trade in a former legal high has been warned he could be facing a jail term.
Kamil Lebida, 26, was also found with cannabis and amphetamines when he was arrested on Monday, October 21, last year.
Lebida, of Conigre Square, pleaded guilty to possessing a class B drug with intent to supply.
He admitted the offence relating to methylmethcathinone hydrochloride, also known as mephedrone, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Matthew Scott, defending, said his client, who needed a Polish interpreter, had a conviction and caution for possessing cannabis.
He asked for the case to be adjourned so the probation can prepare a pre-sentence report on him.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case until Friday, July 18, saying: "The fact that I am granting you bail must not be taken as an indication of the final outcome of your case."
