Something which has been going on for years yet ignored by the National Farmers Union, Crown Prosecution Service and Food Standards Agency, and of course the Countryside Alliance, politicians and religious pundits: the way our farm and and other animals are being abused in some slaughter houses.
How much longer are we having to allow this barbaric treatment of our animals, because there is even further filmed evidence showing that this is the fate of our animals sent as live exports to the Middle East, yet the authorities turn a blind eye and feeble excuses because of not wanting to upset some religions which carry on with such outdated practices which bear no relevance in the modern world, with its better health and prevention of diseases.
Also it’s time the decent farmer stood up and said they want their animals slaughtered in a humane and efficient way, I know they are out there.
