A PLANNING application for 300 homes in Westbury has been submitted to Wiltshire Council by Barratt Homes.
If approved, the 300 homes will be built on land north of Bitham Park, off Trowbridge Road, along with the creation of a new roundabout, new cycle and pedestrian access from Coach Road and open space.
The plans include a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses with 90 affordable houses, which equates to 30 per cent of the overall scheme.
Barratt says feedback received during the consultation period has been reviewed and incorporated where possible.

Wiltshire Council hopes to have made a decision by Monday, June 5.
