Two members from the Iles and Vincent Funeral Services in Warminster have taken on the challenge of the biggest mountain bike marathon in Austria.
Beverley and Dale Vincent will be cycling the 75km route in the Austrian mountains with more than 2,500 entrants from 40 nations on Saturday, July 14 for what is known as the Salzkammergut Trophy.
They are raising money for the Teddies for Loving Care appeal, a charity that raises money to supply hospitals with teddy bears and toys for children.
Both Mr and Mrs Vincent have been training hard, with them both doing a 30-mile practice run last weekend.
Anna Iles, who is a business partner of the funeral directors said: “We are all behind Bev and Dale. Last year only nine women took part. I am proud that Bev will be one of the few women brave enough to take on this epic challenge.”
