ENVIRONMENTALLY friendly businesses were represented at an Eco Trade Fair in Bradford on Avon on Saturday.
Companies such as Wilts Wood Recycling and Quoins Vineyard promoted their work at St Margaret's Hall, organised by Climate Friendly Bradford.
Also present were energy consultants Encraft and Southern Solar, who provided information on sustainable energy and home efficiency.
Climate Friendly Bradford's Martin Wood said: "We've had a good turn out, and hopefully our feedback forms will show some positive interest."
Justine Frost, who has just moved to Monkton Farleigh, said: "We're thinking about using some of the information we've picked up."
West Wilts District Council gave planning information on the installation of solar panels or wind turbines.
Planning information officer Carmen Chadwick said: "We haven't had many applications, but then not many cases have tested the water yet. If people want to do it we take a positive view."
Demand for solar power is increasing, according to Jonathan Starks of Southern Solar
