A man has been fined for ignoring an enforcement notice to remove a caravan from some land in Little Cheverell.
Matthew Anthony Higham, who owns the land at The Barn, breached the enforcement notice on January 27.
The notice was initially issued on January 13, 2016 and was fined £80 as well as a victim surcharge of £34.
Matthew pleaded guilty on May 26 at South East Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court.
As legislation outlines: "Where, at any time after the end of the period for compliance with an enforcement notice, any step required by the notice to be taken has not been taken or any activity required by the notice to cease is being carried on, the person who is then the owner of the land is in breach of the notice.
"Where the owner of the land is in breach of an enforcement notice he shall be guilty of an offence."
