A town centre unit is on the market after its current occupants announced the closure of their store.

The Digiprint Nettl studio on New Road in Chippenham is set to relocate to the firm’s signage unit at Methuen Park as they expand the business.

The move will take place in January, after the business began transferring its services in November, and the New Road studio will remain closed when staff return from their Christmas break on January 2.

Explaining the decision in an announcement on Facebook, a Digiprint spokesperson said: As of January, our Digiprint Chippenham studio will have moved into the top floor of our signage unit at Methuen Park.

“It's time to expand. As we take on more and more fabulous customers, we need a bit of stretching room, so with almost 10 times the floor space available above our signage production it was a no-brainer.”

The town centre property is now set for a new use and is available to take over for £1,000 per calendar month.

Property consultants Huw Thomas Commercial described the premises as a “large open plan retail sales area” with a first floor suitable for a “variety of uses.”
