A teenager has been charged with Actual Bodily Harm after a 17-year-old boy was injured in an incident in Wiltshire last year.
Officers have been investigating since the victim, a 17-year-old boy from Melksham, was injured during an alleged attack at the Springfield Campus in Corsham on October 9, 2023.
A teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested and inquiries have since been ongoing.
This suspect has now been charged with Actual Bodily Harm and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on March 12.
A spokesperson for the force said: “A teenager has been charged with ABH following an incident in Springfield Campus last year.
“Officers attended the incident on October 9 when a 17-year-old boy from Melksham was injured.
“A teenager was arrested and enquiries have been ongoing.
“The teenager, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, has now been charged with ABH.
“He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on March 12.”
