Under 10 Blue Division: Owen Adams got the winner for Westbury Youth Lions against Larkhall Athletic Falcons at Lansdown.
It was the Falcons who started the stronger playing into the wind, a well worked move down the left wing getting behind the greens defence and saw Freddy Ivanson finishing in fine style.
Both sides played attractive football for the remainder of the half but neither were able to create any real chances.
In the second half it was Westbury who started the brighter and Ben Starr scored from a fine solo run round the keeper.
Soon after Adam Kenich set Adams up for the winner from a well-worked corner.
The Falcons did create chances later in the game although Westbury’s stand in keeper Charlie Savage kept them out.
