Ex-care home boss faces fraud charges
A former manager of a care home in Westbury is due at Swindon Crown Court today to face charges of fraud.
Clare Louise West, 35, of Parklands, Trowbridge, is charged with three counts of fraud by abuse of position and one charge of perverting the course of justice.
The alleged incidents relate to her time working at the Westbury Lodge Care Home, in Station Road.
West was released on conditional bail following a hearing at Chippenham Magistrates' Court on March 19. No plea has yet been entered as yet.
