PAST pupils of George Ward School in Melksham are being invited to a reunion.
Former students Allan Gibson and Mark Trueman are organising a reunion for people who left the school in 1986, or after sixth form in 1987/88. A disco, featuring the best of 80s music, will be held at Spencer's Sports & Social Club in Beanacre Road, on August 5, from 8-11.45pm.
Mr Gibson said: "We have been handing out cards for almost a year now, and lots of people are talking about it, there are already about 80 people wanting to come."
- Tickets are £4 each and can be bought from the Cobblers Bench, in Bath Road, the Wholesale Outlet Warehouse, on the Avon Enterprise Park, or by emailing georgeward86@tiscali.co.uk. Profits will go to the Tuberous Sclerosis Charity.
