STAFF at Rainbow Early Years Pre-school in Trowbridge are celebrating after Wiltshire Council awarded them a Good Practice award.
After the pre-school received an outstanding Ofsted report, it was then handed the Good Practice Award for its ‘excellent at the foundation stage’.
Manager Jo Clarke said: “We were recognised for our relationship with children and listening to their needs, diversity and inclusion, the indoor environment and how it’s set up, and how we encourage childrent to be independent to learn.
“We received a certificate for good practice from Caroline Drake a Wiltshire Council early years advisory teacher on Tuesday morning. She worked with us in the lead up to the award.”
The pre-school’s achievement will feature in a good practice guide.
Mrs Clarke added: “We are all very pleased with the award and its nice to be recognised for our daily practice.”
