Wadworth Brewery is encouraging all its customers to raise a loyal toast to The Queen with the launch of a one-off beer in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee.
Only 1,200 bottles of Queen’s Jubilee Ale have been brewed in the Devizes-based brewery’s microbrewery, making it a limited edition beer.
People will be able to sample the ale at Wadworth Managed Houses, or buy bottles to take home from the Visitor Centre in Devizes.
"Wadworth produced a beer for the Queen’s Coronation and previous Jubilees, so it is only right that we produce something unique yet traditional, much like Her Majesty, to toast this wonderful event," said Charles Bartholomew, chairman of Wadworth Brewery.
This ale has been brewed with specially selected Sovereign hops and is a refreshing pale amber beer with a biscuity, full body.
It has an abv of six per cent and costs £3 from the Visitor Centre.
