BRADFORD on Avon area board will meet next week and the focus of the agenda will be on priorities for the town and surrounding parishes.
Councillors will also discuss rural issues and how to best support the work of the parish councils in ways the whole area can work together on common issues such as business and tourism promotion, superfast broadband roll-out, public rights of way and community transport.
Three applications for funding from the community grant scheme will also be considered, totalling in excess of £10,000.
The meeting starts at 7pm at Westwood Social Club on Wednesday.
The area board will also be holding a special meeting next Thursday for older people to what activities and services they would like to see in the area.
It begins at 2pm in St Margaret’s Hall.
