World record for Bradford on Avon runner in John O'Groats-Land's End challenge
BRADFORD on Avon's Kerry Sutton and her team have obliterated the world record for a team run from John O'Groats to Land's End in four days 18 hours.
A dozen runners from Foundry Fitness team smashed the previous best by 17 hours for the 874 mile challenge.
The sports performance coach, part of the night-shift squad, completed her leg as part of a relay from 8pm-8am.
Not even Storm Katie could prevent the runners reaching the finish at Land's End on Easter Sunday at 10.30pm.
