VILLAGERS at Westwood will be able to inspect their newly-opened Parish Room when they attend the Westwood Church Fete this weekend (Sat, July 15).

The annual Fete will be held on Saturday July 15 from 2pm to 4.30 pm in the grounds of Westwood Manor by kind permission of Emily and Jonathan Azis.

The Fete will feature jazz on the lawn, skittles, a tombola, coconut sahy, plants, a white elephant stalls, raffle, cream teas, ice creams and cakes. Admission is £1 per adult, and accompanied children get in free.

The newly-restored Parish Room, next door to Westwood Manor and Westwood Church, will be open at the same time for all to see. There will be displays in the room with examples of possible events for which it may be booked.
