Melksham Without Parish Council holds a meeting on Monday to discuss flood prevention.
The council is considering recruiting flood wardens and a drainage engineer from Wiltshire Council will discuss what action can be taken to protect Melksham from floods.
The meeting starts at 7pm at Shaw Primary School, Corsham Road, Melksham.
