A MAN who is accused of assault and false imprisonment is to face trial by judge and jury.
Krzysztof Baum, 43, is said to have held two females against their will over a few days at the end of May and beginning of June.
Baum pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault and three of false imprisonment at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Monday, February 22, 2016 next year and released Baum, of Maunders Drive, Trowbridge, on bail until then.
