POLICE officers who conducted a warrant at an address in Trowbridge this week have seized a number of suspected stolen items.
The section 23 warrant was carried out at an address in Carders Corner during the early hours of Wednesday, November 23.
Around 20 items, mainly power tools and many in almost brand new condition, were located and seized on suspicion of being stolen.
Acting police sergeant Phil Matthews said: “We attended the address to carry out a drugs warrant – although no drugs were located, we did seize a large number of items which we believe are stolen.
“We are therefore appealing for the public’s help in locating the owners.
“The items include several power tool sets – some of which are fairly distinctive and would have been expensive to buy.
“If you have had items stolen and believe some of the items pictured could be yours, please get in touch with police via 101 – proof of ownership will be required.”
