The Post Office is trialling a new drop-off point for internet shoppers in Warminster, who can now return orders using Royal Mail’s pre-paid returns services by taking their parcels to the One Stop shop on Imber Road, Warminster.

This is as well as taking parcels to post offices, and aims to make it even easier for customers to return orders placed during the peak period for home shopping in the run up to Christmas.

The Post Office wants to encourage new customers to use its services by providing even greater convenience and choice as to where and when they return their orders.

Customers simply peel off the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label sent with their purchase and stick it on the front of the parcel. They can drop off the parcel at any drop-off points or at any Post Office branch and pick up a certificate of posting.

The new drop-off point comes alongside a special offer running until January 18, with Royal Mail second class small parcels weighing up to 2kg costing £2.80, saving up to £1 on heavier parcels.
