Artefacts and memorabilia from the First World War are on show this month at Warminster’s Civic Centre and each has its own unique story about the conflict to tell.
The exhibition, which started on Wednesday and runs until January 27, traces the lives of soldiers from Warminster and the surrounding areas, who gave everything for their country in the Great War.
Organised by Richard Broadhead of Wiltshire Soldiers and supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, similar exhibitions have already been put on in Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge and other local towns over the past year.
All local schools have been invited to the free exhibition.
