A family is delighted after their tan, black and white male Beagle dog Conker was found safe and well.
Conker had fled from the garden of Brenda Richards, of Brook Lane, Westbury, during a visit last week by daughter Jane Amos-Richards, of Salisbury, who owns the Beagle.
Mrs Richards said: “He seemed to be having some sort of fit in the garden and suddenly recovered and ran out of the garden, frightened and confused.”
After he was found, Jane said: “I’m over the moon that we have got him back.
“I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped.
“He’s a bit sore and stiff after his ordeal but he’s been to the vets and been given the OK.”
