THE former clerk of Bratton Parish Council is due to appear in court to face charges of theft and fraud.
Anita Whittle, 49, will appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on May 26 on two charges of theft from an employee, one of fraud by false representation and one of obtaining property by deception.
Ms Whittle resigned as Bratton clerk last September. She also resigned as clerk of Erlestoke, Great Cheverell and Coulston parish councils.
