Comic book fans in Melksham had a treat on Saturday when the Komix Store, on Church Street, took part in the Free Comic Book Day.
More than 350 enthusiasts, some dressed as their favourite superheroes, vied to get their favourite comics.
The store gave away more than 1,000 comics across 32 different titles including DC and Marvel. Tickets are now available for Melksham’s comic convention on August 30 and 31 at the Assembly Hall and Town Hall.
The convention will involve comic artists and illustrators give a series of workshops, signings and question and answer sessions.
Tickets from www.melkshamcomiccon.com.
