RICHARD Goddard has become the latest player to sign a contract, keeping him at Earlsmead for another season.
He joins last season's top scorer Robert Charles, player of the season Kevin McKenna and defender Dean Marney who won best young player at last month's awards ceremony.
Manager Edwin Stein sees these players as the backbone of his team as he looks to build for next season.
