WITH FC Buscots in Sunday Cup action, both Miller Sports A and Southwick Wanderers will be eying up a return to pole position in Division Two.

Of the two sides it is undoubtedly Mike Stevens' Miller boys who have the easier of the two games with a trip to basement side AFC Avellinos.

The teams fought out a 5-5 thriller when they met in October.

Fortune Inn may be down in fourth place but, with as many as four games in hand on the sides above them, they have a real chance of getting into the battle for a top two finish.

Next up for Budge Hylands side are Talbot FC, who they have already beaten 6-1, but who also shouldn’t be underestimated as on their day are capable of great things.

If things go to form as they should then Fortune are set for their fifth win of the campaign to stay in the title hunt.

A win for Potterne CFC last weekend against AFC Avellinos moved Pete Huntley’s side out of the bottom two and they will be aiming to edge even further to safety with a victory over fellow relegation battlers GRFC at Northbrook this Sunday morning.

Tam Laidlaw’s visitors have won just two from eight and unless they can conjure up something special they are likely to suffer defeat number seven.

Southwick Wanderers, who have dreams of finishing in the top two, were given a huge reality check by leaders FC Buscots a week ago with the Devizes-based side hammering Matt Rusling's side 9-3.

Southwick will look for an immediate return to winning ways when the entertain Sutton Benger who, thanks to goals from Stuart Powell and Craig Sheppard, they beat 2-0 on the opening day of the season.
