THE only fixture in Division Two at the weekend saw Westbury Conservative Club host Semington FC the side, who had beaten them to the third division runners up spot last term.

Like last season’s two encounters, which went the way of Semington, a 5-1 win saw them seal a third straight victory over their rivals.

Semington led by the odd goal at the break, Matty Russell scoring a looping free kick midway through the half.

Chris Dore headed in a Dan Rimmer corner early in the second half for 2-0. Russell then scored another free kick, this time from 18 yards and although Bradley King-Taylor pulled a goal back for the Cons’, further goals from Russell which completed his hat-trick and Dore with his second of the morning sealed the win.
