Individual honours went to Vince Lunn of M & N Electrical with 15 lb 2 oz of bream, roach and skimmers.

THE Airsprung match was rearranged to the Beehive stretch of the Kennet & Avon Canal on Sunday after the inter-club event with Chippenham was cancelled.

Andy Fox, from Hilperton, carried off top prize with 5 lb 10 oz of roach and skimmers, followed by Brian Neale, from Frome, with 4 lb 4 oz.

Stan Blackmore, from Trowbridge, was third with 4 lb 2 oz 8 dm of roach and skimmers.

Other placings: 4. Tom Ince Trowbridge 3 lb 14 oz; 5. Steve Southern Trowbridge 3 lb 11 oz; 6. Dave Morrison Trowbridge 3 lb 6 oz.

COMPETITORS in the Wilts Angling Open match enjoyed excellent sport at Shearwater on Sunday with bream feeding well.

Top honours went to Tim Martin, from Frome, with a bream catch weighing 70 lb.

John Garner, from Chippenham, took runner up spot with 64 lb 12 oz of bream, with Andy Pritchard, from Westbury, third with 57 lb 15 oz of bream.

Other placings: 4. Kevin Rowles Devizes 57 lb 10 oz; 5. Nigel Smith Calne 52 lb 12 oz; 6. Rob Kepner Melksham 47 lb 14 oz.
