A 5-2 VICTORY for North Star Club at home to Forest AFC gave Liam Westland’s team a sixth win from their last seven league outings.

Brentley Roberts goal inside the opening 30 second gave Forest a dream start.

Matt Lang drew North Star level on for Forest to reclaim the lead via Lee Fordham’s great header from a Mark Gee assist.

Devlin Keane squared things up for the hosts and Paul Green’s effort saw them take a 3-2 interval lead.

A Matt Law double, which were his first goals for the club in only his second appearance sealed victory for Westland’s side.

An inspired second-half substitution by Calne United manager Pete Horne saw his team overturn a 2-1 half-time deficit to claim a 5-3 win over The Foresters Arms.

Sean Horobin and Rhys Edwards were on target for Foresters in a first half that saw George Dolman net for Calne.

Matt Fenn got Calne back on level terms, but it was substitute Jordan Stewart who made the difference as he scored twice to put his team 4-2 ahead.

David Williams reduced the arrears, but Stewart capped a player of the match performance when he completed his hat-trick to wrap up victory for Horne’s men.

Warminster Wanderers were in seventh heaven at home to White Horse B.

Warminster, who suffered a 5-1 loss when the teams met in September, avenged that defeat with a resounding 7-1 triumph, which came after they were trailing at the break.

Antony Holton’s first-half strike for White Horse proved to be just a consolation as Wanderers netted seven unanswered goals to claim the points.

Jamie Howse top scored with four, Nathan Callum, Olli Nash and Alex Bates shared the others.
