A 2-2 draw for White Horse FC away at United FC saw them miss out on the runners-up spot in Division Two while it guaranteed their opponents their place in the division for next season.

United’s point condemn Bradford United Reserves to Division Three and it also means that Heytesbury will take the second automatic place to the top flight.

Shavon Allen gave United the lead and he made it 2-0 at the break with a sublime lob from 35 yards out. And although White Horse rallied in the second period and got back on level terms thanks to goals from Stuart Barber and Darren Fryer, they were unable to conjure up a winner that would have saw them leapfrog Heytesbury on goal difference.

White Horse will now put all their efforts into this Thursday night's Knockout Cup final at Warminster Town FC, where they will face third division winners Potterne FC, hoping to put the disappointment of missing out on back-to-back promotions behind them.
