WESTBURY United were unable to force a late equaliser as they were beaten 3-2 at home by Keynsham Town in the First Division.

A scrappy start was only highlighted by Keynsham keeper Ashley Wintle’s save from a Shav Allen header.

Wintle then made the save of the day from Dan Moore and, having seen parity maintained, his side were awarded a penalty when Nathan Hallett-Young fouled Bertrand Abang, although Ben Harris' spot-kick was saved by home keeper Ben Forester.

Keynsham did get ahead before the break when Abang produced a lovely finish.

Town started the second half on top and Harris scored a long-range effort to double his side’s lead.

United began to claw their way back into the game and Allen's cross was turned home by Moore.

Keynsham restored their two-goal lead when Harris unleashed another excellent strike, however, a nerve-wracking finish ensured as Allen netted a bicycle kick.
