AN EARLY Aidan Kirby goal saw Corsham Town crash at home to Radstock Town.
Trevor Rawlings side were missing several players through injury and never threatened to get back into the game.
Rawlings, however, was less than impressed with decision to allow the winning goal to stand as Corsham believed they should have had a free-kick.
“It was a bit of a nothing game,” said Rawlings.
“We had a very young side out and Radstock put themselves about a bit. They set their stall out with a few strong challenges and I think we were a bit intimidated by that.
“It was a poor performance from ourselves but the frustrating thing is that their goal shouldn’t have stood.
“One of our players got chopped down and the ball went out to the wing, and the referee played an advantage when there wasn’t one.
“They lumped the ball forward and got it in the box to score.
“We should have had a free-kick but five seconds later we’re a goal down.”
