STEVE Surry secured his first top 10 finish of the Sunshine Tour season despite a disappointing final day at the Golden Pilsener Zimbabwe Open today.
The Cumberwell Park professional, 34, carded a final-round 75 to slip back to five under par at the Royal Harare Golf Club, having started Sunday's play in third spot, four shots off the lead.
It was Surry's best finish since last November's Lion of Africa Cape Town Open, in which he finished tied second.
The Wiltshire player is due to play at the Zambia Sugar Open, starting on Thursday.
