THE U15 Division Two match between Trowbridge and Malmesbury ended in a rain-affected tie.
Will Johnson scored 54 in Trowbridge’s 176-8, George Wadsworth taking 4-39 for Marlborough. The reply reached 88-5, with James Nickson scoring 40.
In U11 Division One, Chippenham’s Stanley Brown scored 50* as his side made 124-8 against Swindon, who reached their target for the loss of three wickets.
Lily Day scored 39 and Chris Monelle 37 in Corsham’s 115-4 against Burbage, then waded in with 3-12 and 2-5 respectively as Burbage ended on 45-7.
George Lewis took 2-0 as Goatacre reduced Wanborough to 36-7 in their Division Two North meeting, Ben Challinor taking 1-2.
Oliver Darlington’s 25 not out got Goatacre over the line without loss.
Leo Harris played an integral role in Trowbridge’s 48-run U11 Division Two South victory over Biddestone.
He scored 40 in his side’s total of 91-8 - Sam Bailey taking 5-6. Harris then took 2-6 as Biddestone fell to 43 all out, Josh Tilsley with 2-0 and Harry Robins 2-6.
