WARMINSTER sank to the foot of the table as they were soundly beaten by fellow struglers North Dorset 2nd.

The visitors had to make a number of changes, including a new centre partnership with Lewis Noble slotting in at inside centre and 17 year old Jack McIntyre outside him.

But despite a promising start, McIntyre leading a number of good breaks, Warminster were unable to make the breakthrough and thye home side capitalised, scoring four first half tries for a 24-0 lead.

In the second half Dorset continued to pile more pain on the visitors with their offloading game too hot to handle, scoring a number of tries as Warminster fell off tackles with consummate ease.

With the final play of the game Warminster did manage a consolation score through skipper John McCredie.
