Pathway is shared
THE road sign accompanying Alison Phillips’ article indicates that cyclists and pedestrians share the pathway. There will never be a white line on the pathway.
If she requires a segregated pathway, then there would be a continuous white line plus a blue sign with the white images of a cycle and pedestrians side by side with a vertical white line between them.
