ON the afternoon of Saturday, August 26, while crossing the road outside The Castle public house in Bradford on Avon, my jacket slipped unnoticed from across my shoulder bag.
A kind person or persons placed it on one of the planters outside the pub from where I was able to retrieve it some time later.
I should therefore like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks to whoever carried out this act of kindness and honesty. I will be forever grateful. Thank you.
