THANK you, people of Trowbridge and district, for a really wonderful Poppy Appeal 2017.
We have so far banked some £38,000 with a little more yet to come; this is all down to the generosity of the public and the kindness and cooperation of our business, civic and voluntary group supporters.
The response our volunteers receive at the static collection points around town is just staggering, with children, young people and the older generation sometimes queuing up to express their support and make their donations.
Some of the stories have touched us deeply and we go away motivated to try harder and do more in the future. Thank you Trowbridge, from the Service and ex-Service family and on behalf of all who will benefit from your generosity.
