READER Ann (née Meldrum) Died peacefully at Royal United Hospital, Bath on 31st March 2019. Loving wife of the late Bryan (Ralph) Reader. Much loved Mum of Gary, Elaine and Hazel and Grandma of Dan, Joe, Ellie, Matt, Chris, Ollie and Tom. Funeral will take place on Wednesday 24th April 2019 at Oakley Wood Crematorium at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations by cheque payable to British Heart Foundation in memory of Ann c/o Gary Reader, 7 Ivywell Road, Bristol, BS9 1NX.
