LATHAM Donald Geoffrey Retired CEO of West Wiltshire District Council. Went to be with the Lord on 8th February 2020, aged 78 years. Beloved Husband of Hilary and much loved brother of Diane, father of Peter and Victoria, and grandfather to Francesca, Yasmine and Jude. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Thanksgiving Service for Don's life will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Combe Down, Bath at 12.30pm on 3rd March 2020.
