Hoare Patricia Mary 'Pat' Of Bradford on Avon Passed away peacefully on 25th August 2021. Devoted mother to Kate,Mike and David. Now reunited with her beloved husband Alf. Funeral to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Monday 27th September at 1pm. Donations if desired will be given to Parkinson's UK c/o C S Bowyer Funeral Directors 2 The Bull Pit Bradford on Avon BA15 1NB
