Owner's Comments

Warrenwood has been a wonderful family home for us to bring up our children.

We have lived here for 33 years. The house has been extended three times to become the fantastic home it is today.

The position is great as it s tucked away yet within walking distance of all facilities in the town and lovely walks down the canal into the local countryside.

We found that being on bus routes to places such as Bath, Salisbury and Swindon was really useful for teenagers particularly, and for independent journeys to local schools in the Devizes and Trowbridge area, and beyond.

We believe that the original cottage is one of the oldest in the neighbourhood, dating back to at least 1700, and we have sought to retain the character of the property, for example the original flagstones from the sitting room now decorate the garden.
