TASTE Salisbury is returning this month. 

The grand event kicks off at the end of September, and food enthusiasts, culture aficionados, and families alike are gearing up for an "experience that promises to tantalize the senses and celebrate the heart of Salisbury's culinary and cultural diversity".

Set to take place from September 28 to October 1, Taste Salisbury 2023 is "more than just a food festival - it's a showcase of the city's vibrant flavours, traditions, and creativity".

Attendees can look forward to a delectable array of local and international cuisines, prepared by renowned chefs and artisans, such as Omari McQueen, Giuseppe Dell’Anno, Lorna Cooper, and Professor Charles Spence. From sizzling street food to elegant fine dining, the festival's diverse lineup will cater to every palate and preference.

In addition to the mouthwatering dishes, Taste Salisbury 2023 also presents series of engaging workshops, interactive cooking demonstrations, and cultural performances that will immerse visitors in the rich heritage of the region.

Attendees will have the chance to learn from expert chefs and discover the stories behind each dish, adding a deeper layer to their foodie experience.

Taste Salisbury 2023 will be held across Salisbury, with the Taste Marquee holding centre stage at the Guildhall Square.
